Our Team

At Bayside Chiropractic, PC, it is our daily goal to provide friendly, gentle and effective chiropractic care for your family. We strive to provide a safe, nurturing, family friendly, inclusive environment for all of our patients. This includes greetings and scheduling with our multi-lingual front desk staff, and the gentle whole body techniques our doctors use on all ages. We include lactation support with our CLC’s and all of our doctors are trained to diagnose tongue-ties and to perform corrective cranial work to facilitate breastfeeding and proper facial development.

Our typical patients include far more than adults and older adults with low back, arm or neck pain. They include, weekend warriors who have over done it, pregnant mothers, rough and tumble kids, high school and college athletes with concussions, college students with text neck, we are here to help you live with less pain and move more freely.

Paul-Bio-Square

Dr. Paul O’Brien graduated from Logan University in 1999. He has achieved Advanced Certification in Sacro Occipital Technic (SOT®) and Soft Tissue Orthopedics and has extensive training in Craniopathy, Pediatric, Pre-Natal and Postpartum care. He is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), Sacro Occipital Research Society International (SORSI), the International Chiropractic Association (ICA) and ICA Council on Pediatrics, as well as the International Systemic Health Organization (ISHO).

He enjoys treating all ages from newborn infants, through childhood and adolescence, as well as adults and older adults. He is known for gentle whole body treatments that prevent and address injuries from life’s daily activities.
Dr. O’Brien utilizes Logan Basic and SOT® Methods to treat the typical pains and discomforts that come with any pregnancy. He is also certified in Webster Technique, a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment for pregnancy resulting in improved neuro-biomechanical function in the pelvis. This technique can assist in resolving breech positioning and associated pain.

Dr O’Brien has become a regional resource for Pediatric Tongue-tie diagnosis and cranial treatment. He works closely with dental professionals who provide frenectomy services when necessary.

Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Dr. Alejandra Torres Lora graduated from Life University in 2020, where she completed both her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Doctor of Chiropractic degree. She is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and Sacro Occipital Research Society International (SORSI).

Dr. Torres practices primarily Sacro Occipital Technic (SOT®). She is Advanced Certified in Rock Tape Technique and is working on her International Chiropractic Pediatric Association certification through extensive post-graduate training in pregnancy and pediatric treatment. She is also certified in Webster Technique, a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment for pregnancy resulting in improved neuro-biomechanical function in the pelvis. This technique can assist in resolving breech positioning and associated pain.

Growing up in a family of chiropractors, Dr. Torres witnessed the healing power of chiropractic up close. This inspired her to become a chiropractor with the goal of helping all people reach their own optimal health.

As a bilingual speaker, Dr. Torres is excited to join Bayside Chiropractic to help us better serve the local Hispanic community. She is passionate about treating people of all ages and backgrounds, especially families and young athletes.

Jenn-Bio-Square

Dr. Jenn D’Antonio graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2007. She is a professional member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and Sacro Occipital Research Society International (SORSI). She utilizes Logan Basic, Sacro Occipital Technic (SOT®) and Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) in her
holistic practice.

Although she enjoys working with all ages to obtain and maintain optimum health, as a mother of three boys, she has a special interest in supporting pregnancy, postpartum, and little ones throughout their early years. Along with SOT® Methods and CST, Dr. D’Antonio uses myofascial unwinding to treat pregnant and postpartum mothers with
gentle and effective care. She is also certified in Webster Technique, a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment for pregnancy resulting in improved neuro-biomechanical function in the pelvis. This technique can assist in resolving breech
positioning and associated pain.

Additionally, Dr. D’Antonio uses her knowledge and passion for baby wearing to advise families on proper techniques for optimal support and ergonomics for both baby and wearer.
